Project Initiation and Scope of Work: Our projects are meticulously planned in stages or milestones. A comprehensive discovery/analysis phase is conducted to define the project scope, ensuring mutual understanding and minimizing the potential for cancellations or disputes.
Refund Policy: Due to the time and resources invested in each project milestone, refunds are not applicable for completed work.
- Mutual Termination: In case of mutual agreement to terminate a project, the client retains ownership of all completed work. No further payments are due, and previous payments or deposits will not be refunded.
- Project Approval: Once the client approves mock-up designs and the project enters the development phase, no refunds will be provided.
- Milestone Completion: Partial refunds are not available for projects midway through a milestone.
- Limited Time Offers: Cancellations are not permitted for services offered during special marketing campaigns or limited-time promotions.
- SEO and Digital Marketing: While refunds are not offered for SEO and digital marketing packages, clients may cancel with a 30-day written notice.
- Project Abandonment: Deposits or payments for projects left inactive or abandoned for more than 30 days are non-refundable.
